BIOL 7706 Project Planning for Pharmaceutical Industry (Online)
This course provides a general introduction to project planning and management for the biomedical industries. The overall goal of the course is to provide a fundamental understanding of project planning mechanisms as applied to the biomedical field. This course will cover the concepts, theory, practical knowledge and techniques for the setup and preparation of a formal project as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). This Project Planning course will cover the steps needed to refine projects after initiation. Topics include project plan development, scope planning and scope definition.
