This course provides a general introduction to project planning and management for the biomedical industries. The overall goal of the course is to provide a fundamental understanding of project planning mechanisms as applied to the biomedical field. This Project Planning course will cover the steps needed to refine projects after initiation. Topics include project plan development, scope planning and scope definition.
